From A to Z, Boosted!

Assalamualaikum, good day dearest! This entry had been in my draft for about two months now lol. I think I had my booster shot in the early February and its April now soooo. Yeah. I'm lazy-ing and still are.

Anyway, the place that I went for booster shot was the same place where I got my first and second shot so it wasn't hard to find. I was planning to go with a friend but she ended up having a family emergency so I went with my sister (plus she missed her appointment due to her tardiness).

Unlike the first and second doses injection, this time they did not asked to show the appointment for booster shot in MySejahtera. Probably because the people were still feeling skeptical about taking the booster shot. This appointment was soo fast and sooo smooth. I think I don't even had to wait long. Maybe just about ten minutes to get my shot.

The only things that changed this time around is that the group of doctors (or the injectors?) were not the same before. It looks like they are not even from the local hospital. It just felt different to me. While waiting for my turn, I look around the room and see that those who administer the shot were all males and there is no female. And to make the matter worst is that the partition is only on one side (which means the other side could see me just fine) and that makes me sooooo uncomfortable.

see! only the waiting for the injection side is hided, the other side is open for everyone to see

For the booster shot, I got AZ vaccine and the side effects were different.. This time, including on and off fever (macam ajak gaduh tau bengang je gue) I had a very terrible ache around my tummy and back area. It feels like I'm on my worst day of menstrual cramp and I'm not even on my period. The only time I forced myself to sit was to eat and going to the toilet. And it was even worse when I'm trying to sleep at night.

Pain aside, I think this booster really worked on me as I had came close contact to several confirmed positive COVID-19 and alhamdulillah, I am still able to avoid it. And hopefully will always be this way.
